Dismissal: 11:30p approx. (depends on gameplay)
Students must report in their Sub Uniform: L Shirt, L Shorts, L Hat, Black Socks, Black
Marching Shoes, and Black Gloves. Hair pulled back and through L Hat, no earrings
bigger that a dime, no make-up or bright nail polish. If you are out of uniform, you
WILL NOT PERFORM for pre-game, half-time, and possibly lose 3rd quarter.

Uniform:
Concert uniform fees: Full uniform $90
Individual item prices for dress wearing students: Dress $70, Necklace $10, Earrings $10
Individual item prices for Tuxedo wearing students: Tuxedo Shirt $20, Bowtie $10, Vest $30, Tuxedo
Pants $30
Be sure to turn in your concert uniform fees ASAP. Concert uniforms must be paid for before they will be given to students.

Volunteer: Chaperones for Friday Away Game
This Friday night we will need chaperones to ride the bus to and from the game. Chaperones will assist with student supervision, equipment and duties as assigned. Finance: Any financial questions can be sent to the treasurer at treasurer@thedreadnaughtband.com. Ms. Gilbert-Pierce is also normally available during Tuesday and Thursday night rehearsals in the band room for any questions or to make payments.
Student Committee Assignments and responsibilities are active. Be sure you’ve connected with your committee chairs and understand your responsibilities. I’ll post assignments in the Remind.
